Orkid Homes built six executive two-storey homes on Transom Drive and Starboard Drive in Rockingham.

Each floor plan was designed and refined over several weeks, with four or five bedrooms and between about 2,950 and 3,650 sq ft. The homes share Orkid's signature details: custom kitchen cabinetry, European-inspired tile backsplashes, quartz counters and walk-in pantries, open-concept family rooms with natural gas fireplaces, and large primary suites with spacious ensuites. Several open through patio doors onto large decks.
